Nonprofit organizations often rely on a patchwork of technology, accounts, systems, and processes that have grown over time.
That's normal. The challenge comes when the organization depends on a few people to understand how everything works.
Board members change. Staff move on. Volunteers rotate in and out. Passwords get lost. Access isn't transferred. Systems aren't documented. Technology decisions get made without anyone owning the bigger picture.
ES Metis helps bring structure to that complexity so organizations can focus on the work that matters.
Workspace, account management, access, security, governance, and technology planning.
Migrations, new systems, account transitions, configuration, and implementation support.
Practical documentation, training, knowledge transfer, and continuity planning.
WordPress, hosting, domains, DNS, Cloudflare, and the systems that support an organization's web presence.
Practical. Personal. Right-Sized.
I don't believe every nonprofit needs another large technology project. Sometimes you need someone to assess what you already have. Sometimes you need help implementing something new. Sometimes you need someone to solve a problem, document the solution, and teach your team how to manage it afterward.
The goal is simple: make the technology work, make it understandable, and make it sustainable.
You don't need to have the problem figured out before reaching out.
Tell me what you're working with, what isn't working, or what you're trying to accomplish. We'll start there.
